
The Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred Workout DVD
Jillian Michaels will be your trainer and motivator as you go through your exercise sessions. If you have seen her on television's "The Biggest Loser", you know she combines encouragement with firmness. She will push you to give the workouts your all and she will get the most out of you.
The workouts themselves are set up this way.
- First you begin with 2 minutes of warm ups to get you ready to go.
- Next you start on the first of 3 six minute circuits. These circuits consist of :
- 3 minutes of strength training
- 2 minutes of cardio training
- 1 minute of abdomnial and core training.
- After going through the 3 six minute circuits you cool down for one minute.
The only other exercise equipment you will need other than the DVDs are some light weights
