What do folks currently using the Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym have to say about it? Here are two distinctly differing views to help you decide.
More of a Supplemental Machine - This posting comes from the perspective of an experienced weight lifter. he considers this home gym to be more of a supplemental machine and finds the range of motion limited. He says it is a good piece of equipment to be used to vary your workouts but not to be used as the centerpiece of your exercise routines.
Bowflex PR3000 Does Everything I Need -This next article takes a decidedly different view of the Bowflex PR3000. Patti says that she likes the no cable switching design and the lightness of weight is a plus for her and her family. She finds it very quiet and well made ....and it doesn't take up very much space in her house!
I think it is clear from these two differing assessments of the Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym that you satisfaction with this or any other home gym depends upon what you are expecting to gain from it. If you are a serious bodybuilder, you may be better fitted with free weights or a home gym like the Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym.
On the other hand, for most folks that simply want to get in a strength building, full body workout at home the Bowflex Pr3000 is a wonderful and economical choice.
